Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority work a 4‑Day workweek
Majority work no nights or weekends
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Skills / Qualifications Required:
Qualified to drive a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. (DOT requirements)
Active driver’s license
At least 21 years of age
DOT medical certification
Documentation of prior employment
All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess:
The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High school diploma, GED, or military service
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and teamwork skills

Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account skill set, experience, training, performance, and other business needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location of the position.
