Retail Store Team Leader (Full‑Time) – Greensboro, North Carolina
The LEGO® Group invites you to lead our brand‑experience team in a full‑time role in Greensboro. As the Team Leader you will inspire, train, and motivate a high‑performance retail team to exceed customer service, product knowledge and sales standards.
Responsibilities
Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information on a regular basis. Ensure appropriate and effective space‑management techniques are utilized. Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing sales. Replenish all fixtures continuously to provide a seamless customer experience. Evaluate competitor visual‑merchandising techniques and identify opportunities to further develop the business. Train Sales Associates on visual‑merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines. Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values. Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values. Qualifications
Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment. Experience delivering employee training. Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing knowledge. Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems. Merchandise maintenance and visual‑merchandising expertise. Physical demands: standing or walking for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders; ability to lift at least 30 lbs. Full availability to work 40 hours per week. What’s In It For You
