We are looking for a
Business Process Manager
to lead and optimize the
Opportunity Management process
across all business units. This role partners with E2E Process Owners and the North America OPEX team to ensure alignment with global standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design & Execution:
Own and improve the Opportunity Management process for all business units.
Deliver multi‑year transition plans and efficiency improvements.
Ensure process documentation and training are maintained.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs and process performance (quality, scalability, adoption).
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Benchmark against industry trends.
Change & Stakeholder Management:
Lead change initiatives and communicate effectively across teams.
Engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Act as the primary contact for process‑related inquiries.
Project Management:
Plan and execute process improvement projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Global Alignment:
Ensure processes meet global standards and share best practices internationally.
Customer Focus:
Gather feedback and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Metrics:
Opportunity conversion rate
Opportunity volume
Ideal Candidate:
Strong skills in
process design, change management, and project management .
Ability to define and measure benefits (quantitative and qualitative).
Comfortable working in a high‑visibility role with senior leadership.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in process management, project management, finance, sales operations, accounting, or related field.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement outcomes.
Proven experience in managing
Sales, Execution or Operations
processes or similar complex processes.
Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards and Process Modeling Tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio).
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Excel and project‑management methodologies like Agile, Lean Six Sigma.
Strong change‑management skills with a track record of successfully leading change initiatives.
Ability to work in a high‑complexity organization and adapt to a fast pace.
