Base Pay Range $105,000 – $135,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel to special district clients on a wide range of matters
Draft and review contracts, resolutions, policies, and other governance documents
Attend public meetings, hearings, and client board meetings
Perform legal research and advise on regulatory, statutory, and administrative law issues
Coordinate with team members across offices on multi‑jurisdictional matters
Maintain strong client relationships through timely and proactive communication
Contribute to firm growth through internal collaboration and strategic insight
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Member of the Florida Bar (Required); Georgia Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity (Preferred)
0–4 years of legal practice experience
Background or strong interest in public law, administrative law, or local government law
Demonstrated academic excellence and analytical capabilities
Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a boutique practice setting
Hybrid Schedule Office presence with flexibility in Jacksonville or Tallahassee.
