Private Wealth Services Paralegal

What You’ll Do
Assist attorneys with
estate administrations
and draft estate planning instruments
Handle
probate and post-death trust administration , including preparing pleadings and managing dockets
File probate documents with Florida courts and marshal estate assets
Support preparation of
federal estate and gift tax returns
Collaborate on special projects and provide high-level paralegal support
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree required ; Paralegal certification preferred
Minimum
5 years of experience
in a medium to large law firm
Strong knowledge of estate and trust administration
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under deadlines
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
