Responsibilities
Manage caseload from inception to conclusion
Draft motions and memoranda
Appear in Court for conferences and oral arguments
Conduct and defend depositions
Draft and respond to discovery demands
Conduct risk assessments, counsel clients, draft status reports
Negotiate settlements
