Our client, a well-established plaintiff law firm in Phoenix, is seeking a skilled
Personal Injury Attorney
to join their team. This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about representing injured clients with integrity, skill, and compassion.
Responsibilities: Handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including both pre‑litigation and litigation phases
Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery
Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and trials
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments
Collaborate with internal team members, including paralegals and fellow attorneys, to move cases efficiently toward resolution
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Arizona (in good standing)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law
Strong litigation skills, including courtroom and trial experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
