Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury (Remote in IN+Commission)
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm specializing in personal injury cases. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of in‑office and remote work. In addition to a competitive base salary of
$80,000
per year, this position offers a lucrative commission structure, providing a significant earning potential for the right candidate.
Base Pay Range:
$80,000 – $80,000 per year. Commission:
Base Salary + Commission Pay.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.
Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit.
Analyze findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for case presentation.
Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Gather evidence through interviews, inspections, and discovery to establish case facts.
Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other court filings.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
Proven track record of successful personal injury case handling, from inception to resolution.
Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle a high caseload and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong sense of professional ethics and dedication to delivering high‑quality legal assistance to clients.
