What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, map, measure, analyze, and improve clinical and business processes for assigned Epic applications
Prepare documentation for business requirements, including data flow diagrams and case diagrams
Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications
Develop test plans and conduct various types of testing to validate system performance
Provide client training and support while monitoring system functionality and processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT or clinical environment involving business process mapping and analysis
Must obtain and maintain EPIC certification(s) within 6 months
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Epic and other healthcare applications
Project management experience with familiarity in project management software
Knowledge of change management practices and procedures
Familiarity with operating systems, databases, and interface design
Strong organizational and analytical skills
