What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review assigned portions of business or clinical operations to identify clients' information system needs
Define processes, problems, and requirements, performing cost/benefit analyses
Design and analyze clinical and business information systems to meet client needs
Lead smaller projects and enhancements with minimal guidance
Communicate practical implications of information systems changes to clients, outlining available alternatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years of equivalent clinical or information services experience
Experience with Epic Professional Claims or Epic Hospital Claims
Epic Certifications in one or more Epic applications (required within 180 days of hire)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and peers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with both Epic Professional Claims and Epic Hospital Claims
Current Epic PB or Epic HB certification
