Talent Acquisition Manager - Early Career

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units, from intake to offer.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, Handshake, and targeted campaigns.

Build and maintain deep talent pipelines for early-career and experienced roles.

Partner with hiring managers to clarify success profiles, competencies, and timelines.

Advise stakeholders on market trends, pipeline health, and recruiting best practices.

Represent the brand to candidates, ensuring a positive, consistent experience.

Maintain accurate ATS data and dashboards, track KPIs, and contribute to process improvements.

Support employer branding and outreach initiatives, including campus recruiting, networking events, and creative sourcing campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

3+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or campus recruiting.

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Data-driven, metric-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Experience in expert networks, consulting, or high-growth startups is a plus.
