Hybrid Arrangement Onsite 2 × per week in the Trenton office from the start of the engagement.
Job Description The Business Analyst serves on projects involving critical data processing systems for the client. The role requires involvement with testing and helpdesk support while applying strong communication and customer‑service skills. Experience in information technology project development, business process analysis, and producing workflows, mockups, requirements, testing, and production support is essential.
Responsibilities
Develop and document business requirements.
Create user interface mockups and assist technical teams with documentation of technical requirements.
Test resulting software, including user acceptance testing.
Produce instruction manuals and conduct system training for end users.
Perform limited project‑management functions as needed.
Experience & Education
6–8 years of relevant experience or 3 years of experience with 5+ years in a specific application area.
4‑year college degree or equivalent, or accredited college or graduate training with up to 4/2 years substitution for experience (additional details in application).
Successful completion of an Information Technology certification program may substitute for experience (certification required).
Prior experience as a Project Manager‑Associate, QA Senior Analyst, Business Analyst‑Intermediate, or QA Analyst may substitute for required experience.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong Microsoft Visio proficiency.
Experience developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology.
Experience with testing, training, and user support.
Experience with UI design.
Ability to analyze, document, and improve complex business processes and workflows.
Ability to gather data through interviews, observation, surveys, and written documentation.
Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules.
Customer service/helpdesk experience.
