The Pines, A Merrill Gardens Community is a Montessori‑Inspired Memory Care Community supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We’re seeking compassionate MedTechs to provide respectful, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence through meaningful, hands‑on engagement.

Base pay range $16.50/hr – $25.00/hr

Responsibilities
Manage medication as allowed by state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often as needed.
Qualifications
Current MedTech training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
Physical Requirements This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
