Company Description West Woodlands Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Magnolia, TX that specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine. Our clinic is conveniently located off of 1488 in the Pinewood Plaza next to Edward Jones. We are centrally located just outside of the Woodlands and we regularly see patients from The Woodlands, Magnolia and the southern part of Conroe. At West Woodlands Physical Therapy our number one priority is the patient. We strive to provide individualized treatment with hands‑on, compassionate care. Our physical therapists do not rush our patients or our clinicians. Rather, we perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting.

Qualifications

Graduate from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Texas license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly

CPR certification

Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual‑based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals

Strong multitasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively

A self‑starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success

A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach

We Offer

Compensation of $79,000 to $85,000 depending on experience

Sign‑on bonus of $5,000
