Qualifications

Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; Compact licenses transferable within 90 days

Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (training provided if needed)

Current TB skin test (within last 12 months)

Minimum 6 months hands‑on experience (no new graduate nurses)
