Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire if necessary).
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Not accepting new graduate nurses; 6 months hands‑on experience required.
Reliable transportation.
