Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time 2nd Shift at North Shore Health. 12-hour shifts with base wages up to $45.50 per hour plus shift differential for the night shift. Updated referral bonuses up to $3,500. North Shore Health will pay for your Minnesota border state license where applicable. Summary of Position

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety, and supervises the resident/patient care activity by nursing assistants and helpers. Follows all North Shore’s policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Follows where applicable JCAHO standards. Responsibilities

An RN with an active license and a heart for elder care Values teamwork, accountability, and pride in work Maintain current CPR certification Use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.) Ability to calculate drug dosage Meet all health requirements imposed by law Relate positively with residents, families, community members, volunteers and center staff Read, write, speak and understand English Demonstrate basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company applications Skilled nursing experience preferred; passion and attitude matter most New graduates welcome with training and support provided Benefits
