Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Traditional Home Health Care

Shift:
Part‑time, Weekday, Evening shifts available. Home‑care experience required.
Job Duties:
Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Companionship
Appropriate communication/social skills
Light housekeeping and chores
Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills
Meeting individual goals and outcomes
Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:
This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home‑care services. Candidates must be comfortable using a trusted mobile device (smartphone or tablet) to log visits and track service hours, and must have reliable internet access.
