Overview
The Enrollment Technician II is responsible for enrolling subscribers and dependents across all lines of business for complex accounts. This role ensures accurate enrollment processing, reconciliation, coordination with internal teams, and support for training activities while maintaining high attention to detail and compliance with established procedures. Responsibilities
Enroll subscribers and dependents for all lines of business through fax, mail, and email for complex accounts. Verify enrollment status and process changes to membership records. Research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies. Process membership terminations and other enrollment-related events. Complete monthly reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Coordinate with the Account Installation Team to ensure member identification cards are released only after enrollment updates are completed and audited. Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure all group enrollments are processed prior to monthly billing. Assist with initial training for new hires and provide refresher training for existing staff, as needed. Experience
Three years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis. Skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to adapt quickly to multiple and rapidly changing priorities. Ability to learn and understand client account details, process flows, and health insurance enrollment systems. Strong attention to detail when working with large volumes of enrollment data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Qualification And Education
High school diploma or GED.
