Bookkeeper

As our Bookkeeper, you’ll manage day-to-day financial operations including

billing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial recordkeeping .

Pay Range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Use Sage for financial processes (training provided)

Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and general administrative tasks

Collaborate with team members across departments

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills & attention to detail

Experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting

Knowledge of accounting principles & budgeting

Proficiency in Excel and financial software

Excellent communication & organizational skills

Experience in heavy equipment, construction, or logistics is a plus

Ability to work full-time on-site with some schedule flexibility
