Field Service Technician
Immediate need for a talented
Field Service Technician . This is a
3 months contract
opportunity with long‑term potential and is located in
Tucson, AZ (Onsite) .

Pay Range:
$18 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotating On‑Call)
Travel: Extensive driving between assigned client locations; mileage is fully reimbursed.
Location radius: Tucson Metro area and in some cases Phoenix when needed.
Provide on‑site technical support for network and wireless infrastructure, access points, computers and POS systems, kitchen display systems and digital boards.
Perform hardware and software diagnostics, break‑fix support, and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks.
Support IT needs across various client environments (restaurants, retail stores, banks, etc.).
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain accurate, detailed ticket updates in the ticketing system.
Plan and manage efficient daily travel routes.
Adapt quickly to changing schedules and service priorities.
Deliver excellent customer service with clear and professional communication.
Complete administrative and training tasks remotely as required.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
2–5 years of IT or field service experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates with less experience).
Strong hands‑on hardware repair experience (PCs, printers, POS systems).
Experience with break‑fix troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
Basic networking knowledge (wired and wireless).
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
CompTIA A+ certification (preferred, not required).
Experience or certification in laser printer, plotter, or formatter hardware repair.
Experience supporting OEM systems such as Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
Ability to complete required technical training and certification upon hire.
