What You Will Do

The Administrative Liaison provides administrative and secretarial support for specialty practices, supporting practice physicians and senior staff. The role also backs up reception coverage by greeting outpatients and handling incoming calls. Employment Details

Administrative support to physicians and senior staff in the office Backup to registration associates Infusion scheduling Other duties as assigned Qualifications

HS Diploma required Familiar with physician's office procedures Good oral communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, Excel, graphics HS Diploma / GED required Ability to lift 20 lbs. Pay

Pay Range: $20.20 - $26.50 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
