ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON – OUTPATIENT CARDIOLOGY OFFICE – ALBANY, NY
We are seeking an experienced administrative liaison to support the Cardiology Office at St. Peter's Health Partners. The role requires a blend of surgical scheduling and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Administrative support to physicians and senior staff
Surgical scheduling
Backup to registration associates
Other duties as assigned
Physician credentialing and CME tracking
Open and distribute administrative office mail; send, receive, and distribute faxes
Handle catering needs for meetings
Proactively prepare for meetings by ensuring agendas, minutes, and attachments are complete and distributed
Coordinate all travel arrangements, including transportation, hotel accommodations, and conference registrations; follow up with tickets, itineraries, and other information
Maintain telephone and office contact lists
Qualifications
Associate degree in Administrative Medical Secretary or similar major or 5 years of related experience
Surgical scheduling experience
Familiar with physician office procedures
Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, Excel, and graphics
HS diploma / GED required
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Pay Range $20.20–$26.50 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
