Litigation Attorney (Full Remote – California)
Fully Remote | Candidates must be based in California
Job Summary Our clients are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join their growing legal team. This is a 100% remote opportunity open to attorneys located anywhere across California, offering flexibility while working on high-quality litigation matters.
The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases throughout all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution, while collaborating with a supportive and experienced legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters from inception through settlement or trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
Qualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing
3+ years of prior litigation experience (civil, employment, or commercial litigation preferred)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Excellent communication and time‑management abilities
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
