Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, and salaried roles
Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and industry channels
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, culture, and safety fit
Manage ATS documentation and ensure compliance with employment laws
Support workforce planning, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an industrial or skilled trades environment
Experience recruiting high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Seniority level Mid-Senior level
