Summary of Position Responsible for the full life cycle of multi‑state recruiting: consulting with key stakeholders, maintaining clear lines of communication, recruiting, screening, leading offer discussions per established guidelines, and facilitating the on‑boarding process. The recruiter provides a high level of customer service by partnering with hiring managers and building relationships with external sources to create an exceptional candidate experience. As a member of the HR team, the recruiter will influence others to drive employee behavior and outcomes, communicate at all organizational levels, and model behaviors that promote a positive workplace and business results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related position required
Two years’ full‑cycle healthcare recruiting experience preferred, experience in a multi‑state environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and skills of passive sourcing techniques
Knowledge of federal and state employment law pertaining to interviewing and selection
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and interpret issues and respond effectively
Ability for occasional overnight travel
