Summary of position Responsible for the full life cycle of multi-staterecruiting: consulting with key stake holders, maintaining clear lines ofcommunication, recruiting, screening, leading offer discussions per establishedguidelines, and facilitating on-boarding process. The Recruiter provides a highlevel of customer service by consulting with and partnering with hiringmanagers, as well as building relationships with a variety of external sourcesto create an exceptional candidate experience. As a member of the HR team, theRecruiter will excel at influencing others to drive employee behavior andoutcomes, communicating to and with all levels of the organization, andmodeling behaviors that promote a positive workplace and drive businessresults.
Requirements of the position Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related position required
Twoyears’ full cycle healthcare recruiting experience preferred, experiencein a multi-state environment strongly preferred
Demonstratedknowledge and skills of passive sourcing techniques
Knowledgeof federal and state employment law pertaining to interviewing andselection
Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite
Priorexperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Excellentverbal and written communication, as well as excellent customer serviceskills
Demonstratedcritical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and interpret issuesand respond effectively
Abilityfor occasional overnight travel
