Overview
Sr. Manager, PCSD (Small & Medium Business) Planning & Operations. This role reports to the North America Sales Operations Director and leads a team of Customer Collaboration Managers and Sales Operations Analysts in support of the Commercial PCSD SMB organization. This is a high-visibility leadership position supporting the North America leadership team. The Sr. Manager will act as a business operator, owning initiatives end-to-end—from insight and analysis through execution—while aligning cross-functional partners and driving adoption of operational improvements that directly impact SMB sales performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business ownership, sales operations, demand planning, and partner-facing experience, with the ability to translate data into actionable leadership insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Collaboration Managers and Sales Operations Analysts
Own SMB operational performance by analyzing key business metrics, identifying trends, and delivering clear, actionable insights to executive leadership
Formally manage Customer Collaboration Managers (CCMs) responsible for maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with distributor partners
Oversee and assess inventory planning fundamentals, including weeks of inventory (WOI), run rates, reservations, available-to-sell, and related metrics
Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate delivery of executive-level reporting, business reviews, and BMS cadence materials
Provide analytical and planning support for the semiannual quota-setting and deployment process
Partner cross-functionally on topics including order load, quota analysis and deployment, pipeline health, sales tracks, and quarterly revenue commitments
Influence and advise senior leadership on strategic decisions, business risks, and performance opportunities
Lead ongoing and ad-hoc business improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the SMB organization
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams
5+ years of Sales Operations experience, delivering analytics, forecasting, and business insights
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required
Preferred Qualifications
Strong business acumen with demonstrated financial ownership and accountability
Experience developing, optimizing, and governing business management systems, processes, and tools
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to partner effectively with peers, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to executive audiences
Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking
Self-directed, proactive leader with the ability to operate autonomously
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Dynamics, Qlik, SQL, and/or Power BI preferred
