About the Role The Site Leader is responsible for leading, directing, and controlling the operations of the plant/facility to achieve financial and operating objectives set by the overall organization business plan. May be responsible for any of the following activities: manufacturing, materials/planning, quality control, supply chain and logistics, shipping/receiving, distribution, and facilities management. This position reports to the VP, DBS and Operations responsible for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Facilities teams and performance outcomes and is part of the Operations Leadership team located in Madison, WI and will be an on‑site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Drive and execute the site’s operational strategy in alignment with organizational objectives

Lead and direct the manufacturing, facilities, and supply chain functions, driving continuous improvement to improve our core value drivers, including quality, lead time, Working Capital Turns, and cost savings

Partner with internal customers, such as Quality and Project Management to ensure on‑time delivery and high‑quality product to our customers

Coach and develop leaders and associates, creating a strong bench for succession. Performance management as necessary

Manage the site budget and conduct P&L analysis

Drive a culture of safety, innovation, collaboration, and accountability across all departments

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a life sciences background

8+ years of Operations experience, preferably in protein manufacturing

3+ years of leadership experience

Ability to drive and sustain continuous improvement efforts, through both direct and indirect reports

Experience leading teams through change

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

Prior experience at Aldevron, or a different Danaher OpCo
