Walk‑Up Bar Experience:
The Learnability Bar serves as the first point of contact for staff seeking fast, approachable, and reliable tech help. Creating a professional, friendly walk‑up experience remains the top priority.
Responsibilities
Printer Support & Reliability – Ensuring eSuite and other printers are fully functional, including Wi‑Fi card installations, configuration, and troubleshooting. Keeping printing reliable across the HQ is a core function.
Hardware Setups & Upgrades – Providing support for devices such as laptops, docking stations, and peripherals. This includes setup, hardware placement, and ensuring equipment is connected and operational.
Software Installations & Training – Handling software rollouts, updates, and user training. The Bar ensures staff can access and confidently use required applications, reducing downtime and confusion.
Value‑Added Field Support – Extending beyond headquarters by coordinating site‑level support (e.g., contracting sites to install Wi‑Fi cards into eSuite printers). This shows scalability and delivers consistent service across locations.
AV Projects (Events & Corporate) – Design event spaces and the tech needed to run large events. Also will design new conference rooms at satellite sites and HQ. Will even be a part of the installation of new rooms when mounting new hardware.
AV Event Tech Support – Responsible for event setup and teardown. Also needs to be at the event to run the tech to ensure event rooms run smoothly and be around for any issues that may arise.
AV Meeting Support – Be available for any meeting support. Includes helping a VIP start a high‑profile meeting, ensuring externals are connected and ready to go, and providing off‑platform support (e.g., Microsoft Podcasts, Cvent panels, QA or earnings calls).
AV Broadcaster – Responsible for large‑scale broadcasts to the global company. Work with the correct EA’s to generate run of shows, schedule dry runs, educate EA’s on best practices, set up/maintain & use the TV studio, and be present during and after broadcasts for issue resolution and post‑broadcast editing.
AV Engineer – Responsible for maintaining all room accounts and settings on the MTR for each room, implementing new features, testing major patches during weekends, and managing camera and microphone settings.
