What to Expect
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
Clean, inspect, and maintain U-Haul equipment, including trucks and trailers
Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University
What is Required
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
Availability to complete necessary safety training and certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service roles
Familiarity with rental equipment and vehicles
Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment)
Knowledge of propane filling procedures (certification offered upon employment)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
