Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center’s management. In the General Manager’s absence, they hold down the fort, overseeing all center and floor operations—from entertainment to food & beverage to property and equipment. They maintain unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and develop the team’s hourly staff. The position is an excellent stepping‑stone toward becoming a General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Be a champion for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving complaints.
Continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.
Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business; adhere to league formats and perform associated administrative duties.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s food & beverage program, ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction. Provide ongoing training and supervision to maintain consistent execution of corporate initiatives.
Remain flexible; work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.
Who You Are You are a committed member of our team, ready to fill in for your center’s General Manager as needed. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a guest‑service sensibility, and the ability to develop talent within your team. You’re a dedicated team player, flexible with work hours (nights, weekends, holidays), and are eager to take the next step toward becoming a General Manager.
Desired Skills
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food‑service operations.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to supervise center operations staff.
Strong team player.
Exceptional “people developer.”
Customer service pro.
Knowledge of POS register systems.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
