Role Overview The
Corporate Contract Recruiter
is responsible for
full-cycle recruitment of executive-level and senior corporate roles
across Allia Health Group and its affiliated entities during a critical hiring period.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract role requiring immediate impact. You will operate as a trusted recruiting partner to executive leadership and hiring managers—bringing structure, transparency, and strong judgment to complex searches.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution Own the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for executive-level and senior corporate roles, from intake through offer delivery Conduct high-level candidate prescreens assessing leadership capability, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and culture alignment Drive searches forward with urgency while maintaining quality and discretion Strategic Hiring Partnership Partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to clarify role scope, success criteria, and leadership expectations Lead structured intake conversations that surface both business needs and human dynamics Provide market insight, hiring recommendations, and risk considerations Advanced Sourcing & Talent Engagement Utilize
LinkedIn Recruiter at an advanced level
to identify, engage, and convert passive executive-level talent Build short-term and evergreen pipelines aligned with organizational priorities Craft compelling outreach that reflects Allia Health Group’s values and leadership standards Systems, Data & Compliance Manage requisitions, candidate activity, and hiring workflows within ADP Workforce Now (Recruiting Module) Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and dispositioning Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal hiring policies Candidate Experience & Professional Representation Deliver a clear, timely, and respectful candidate experience throughout the process Communicate with transparency and professionalism, even in moments of ambiguity or rejection Represent Allia Health Group with credibility, warmth, and integrity
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level, leadership, or executive searches Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (minimum 5 years), including passive sourcing and pipeline development Minimum 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now (ATS module) Proven ability to step into contract environments and deliver quickly with minimal ramp-up Strong executive presence, judgment, and relationship-building capability Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with autonomy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within healthcare, pharmacy, biotechnology, or regulated industries Experience supporting organizations during growth, transformation, or periods of change Experience with international recruiting or globally distributed teams Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
