What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members as needed. They open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure the quality of food and beverages while maintaining a clean, safe environment. What’s in it for you

High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Ability to work varied hours and weekends, including early hours (as early as 3 AM at some locations) Ability to pass background check as required by law ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training Current valid driver's license (preferred but not always required) and ability to meet driving qualifications per company policy Tip eligibility subject to state regulations Other benefits eligibility as per position guidelines at time of hire Compensation

Hourly rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations; ranges reflect what the employer reasonably expects to pay. Location
