Pay & Benefits
Rates start at $34 per hour.

Available Shifts Full Time: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM (every other weekend)
Responsibilities
Assist the Resident Care Director with managing, directing, and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents.
Assist with training and managing CNAs.
Serve as liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and care providers.
Requirements
Certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid MA license.
1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer’s populations.
Physical stamina to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents (with or without assistance).
Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians.
Punctuality and reliability.
