Job Overview Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Provide personal hygiene assistance and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
Develop meaningful relationships with clients.
Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy activities.
Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Offer encouragement and guidance to help participants grow and live well.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
