Speech Language Pathologist SLP – Full‑Time
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Crofton is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy department. The role focuses on helping residents recover from surgeries, regain strength after illnesses, prevent falls, and maintain independence in daily life.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication or swallowing difficulties.
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
Establish patient understanding, expectations and goals for treatment.
Provide counsel to patients and families.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.
Qualifications
Active state SLP license required.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
