About the Position Compensation:

Up to $1,500 hiring bonus! Heavy Equipment Mechanics earn $34.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and routine maintenance on gas and propane forklifts, loaders, and other equipment.

Recognize, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical defects.

Conduct safety inspections of equipment and maintain maintenance records.

Perform duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

Occasional heavy lifting and working in both hot and cold environments.

Work may consist of various shifts, with overtime, weekend, and holiday work during busy production times.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, equipment hydraulics, and electrical systems preferred.

Preference for applicants with fabrication and metal work experience.

Proven prior experience working on various machines, including the equipment above.

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
