In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and instructing students who face challenges in academic promotion, graduation and the transition from school to a career. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the students we serve.
Position Overview – Key Responsibilities
Implement the JAG curriculum to help students acquire specific competencies.
Recruit students directly and secure referrals from school personnel, the Advisory Committee, and parents.
Create and implement career development plans tailored to each enrolled student.
Develop and implement individual intervention strategies.
