Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist position based in South Hadley, Massachusetts. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized care plans, providing rehabilitative therapy, and supporting patients in achieving their recovery goals. Key duties include delivering hands‑on therapeutic care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient progress, and documenting treatment outcomes to ensure optimal care delivery.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
Proficient in Patient Care with an understanding of Home Care needs
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate care
Ability to design personalized treatment plans and track progress toward goals
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus
