We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounts receivable and billing processes. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and smooth invoicing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate pre-bills for assigned states/clients

Submit final invoices in accordance with client guidelines

Review non-compliant invoices and coordinate with attorney on modification

Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

Appy client payments accurately and timely to the appropriate matters

Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and support general accounting tasks

Othe duties as assigned

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred

1–3 years of experience in A/R, A/P, or billing roles required

Experience with e-billing platforms preferred

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
