The Davis Team is hiring motivated Real Estate Agents who want structure, accountability, and real opportunity. This role is ideal for agents who want to work both sides of the business while building a long‑term career inside a proven team environment. We are not a brokerage. We are a high‑producing real estate team with systems designed to help agents win.
As a Real Estate Agent on our team, you’ll work with buyers and sellers, manage client relationships, and follow a clear roadmap for building a consistent pipeline. You’ll be supported by experienced leadership, in‑house marketing, operations, and transaction coordination so you can focus on conversations, appointments, and closings.
Applicants must live in
Contra Costa or Solano County . We operate out of
two offices: Hercules and Fairfield .

Compensation $133,500 per year.
Responsibilities
Work with both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
Build and manage a personal pipeline using team systems and follow‑up processes
Conduct client consultations to understand goals, timelines, and strategies
Schedule and attend appointments, showings, and listing meetings as needed
Educate clients on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County
Write and negotiate offers and agreements in collaboration with leadership
Coordinate with lenders, escrow, and transaction coordination for smooth closings
Participate in training, roleplay, and accountability meetings
Qualifications
Active California real‑estate license or in the process of obtaining one
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Coachable and open to following a structured system
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
