You will collaborate across departments, provide critical financial insights, and contribute directly to business success while developing your career within a cutting‑edge sector.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage the annual operating plan, long‑range forecasts, and monthly financial projections.
Compile and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc analyses.
Collaborate with various departments to understand business drivers and provide analytical insights.
Present financial results to leadership and build supporting materials for Board of Directors reviews and investor meetings.
Participate in cost and profitability analyses, including product cost structures and margin assessments.
Track, forecast, and monitor cash flow in partnership with the Accounting team.
Must‑Have Skills
2+ years of experience in finance
MBA preferred
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar software).
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, able to clearly present financial information to diverse audiences.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Keen interest in learning and growing within a manufacturing environment.
Experience preparing materials for Board reviews or investor presentations.
Prior background in manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of cash flow forecasting and cost analysis practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
