KBW Financial has partnered with a well-established organization based out of Worcester County MA that is actively looking to add an AP Specialist to their growing team. The AP Specialist will report to the Interim Controller and assist with full cycle AP duties. Responsibilities
Enter, upload, and organize invoices within the accounting system Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and matching against purchase orders Identify, investigate, and escalate any unusual charges or pricing discrepancies Verify vendor information and resolve issues related to invoices, payments, or purchase orders Prepare and process invoices for timely payment Execute payments and perform account reconciliations as required Issue purchase order changes and initiate stop payments when necessary All interested candidates should submit resumes in Word format via email to Jimmy Oates at joates@kbwfinancial.com.
