We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Talent Coordinator

to join our growing team. This person will work closely under one of our Talent Managers, supporting day-to-day operations across client work, partnerships, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to a Talent Manager across all client accounts

Track incoming brand inquiries, coordinate deliverables, and help manage campaign timelines

Draft and organize contracts, call sheets, and brand documents

Assist with scheduling meetings, shoots, and events

Maintain organized digital records, trackers, and calendars for each client

Communicate with clients and brand partners in a timely and professional manner

Research industry trends, emerging talent, and partnership opportunities

Support special projects including deck building, campaign reporting, and product launches

You Are:

Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal

Proactive and able to anticipate needs or problems before they arise

Familiar with the influencer and creator landscape, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, talent-first culture

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2-3 years of relevant experience (influencer marketing, talent management, PR, entertainment, or agency experience preferred)

Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with tools like Trello, Slack, Airtable, or similar project management platforms a plus

Strong interest in the creator economy and digital culture
