Join us at Aimbridge Hospitality as a Night Auditor at Delta Hotels Indianapolis East. In this role you will keep our hotel running smoothly overnight, ensuring seamless operations, accurate financial reporting, and a welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Skills/Responsibilities
Nighttime Welcome Wagon: G efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit by balancing the books and finalizing transactions.
Guardian of the Glow‑Up: Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily and Daily Flash reports for management.
Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth service.
Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver: Use Windows, Excel, and other tools to troubleshoot issues independently.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
One year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
