Description
Assist with onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation of new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions and HR meetings.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate communication.
Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities.
Collaborate with team members to promote a positive workplace culture.

Profile A successful HR Coordinator should have:
At least 1 year of direct HR experience.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous exposure to ADP preferred.
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive attitude and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
