Job Title: Legal Secretary/Paralegal
We represent individuals who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of a corporation, business, governmental entity, or individual with insurance. Our practice emphasizes brain, spine, catastrophic injuries and a wide array of employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and more.
Base Pay Range $25.00/hr – $40.00/hr
Location & Work Arrangement Hybrid remote in Torrance, CA

Job Function & Industries Legal – Legal Services, Law Practice, and Government Administration
Responsibilities
Manage discovery, document production, and e‑discovery workflows.
Maintain and update case calendars and court filing schedules.
Organize client files, correspondence, and evidence repositories.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and briefing documents.
Conduct research on civil procedure, local court rules, and case law.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience (required).
Paralegal certificate (not required) and/or a Bachelor’s degree.
Mastery of California civil procedure.
Proficiency with CASEpeer or OneLegal, or strong understanding of local court rules.
Spanish fluency preferred.
