Business Development Manager, Facial Aesthetics – Tucson, AZ
Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Facial Aesthetics division in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on developing, managing, and expanding relationships with physicians and other health‑care providers to drive sales of our leading facial injectables, body contouring, and skin‑care products.
Base Pay Range $78,500.00 – $141,000.00 per year (based on skills and experience).

Job Description
Achieve sales and utilization quota results in the assigned territory through effective penetration, coverage and account identification.
Provide training, presentations and demonstrations to customers on the application and use of company’s products using effective communication and sales techniques.
Educate customers on indications, contraindications, and safety of products and support marketing strategies such as website and microsite development, branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing.
Support and facilitate regional training workshops and tradeshows, pre‑planning sales calls and managing time to maximize customer contact.
Complete administrative responsibilities including periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, updated territory account profiles and customer database; manage day‑to‑day sales administration such as Salesforce.com updates.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry and competitive products.
Develop and maintain productive relationships at all organizational levels.
Participate in industry trade shows and meetings.
Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain consistent communication with Regional Practice Manager and Area Sales Manager on all territory matters, including accurate forecasting.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience (required).
2–4 years of demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other health‑care providers.
Direct customer experience with plastic surgeons and dermatologists; experience with consumables selling preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills at all organizational levels.
High level of customer service and ability to support practice integration of CoolSculpting Procedure and achieve patient satisfaction.
Ability to deliver effective and persuasive technical presentations to physicians and large groups.
Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field.
Proficiency with word processing, database, Excel, PowerPoint and other software applications.
Highly organized with strong schedule management and follow‑up skills.
Knowledge of FDA GMPs and ability to operate in a regulated environment.
Reliable high‑speed internet access for home‑office capability.
Willingness to travel, including multi‑overnight stays, tradeshows and corporate meetings.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compliance with FDA’s QSR, ISO13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations and all other applicable regulatory requirements.
