What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for municipal projects Strategize, scope, and budget projects; manage schedules and budgets Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub‑consultants Prepare proposals and attend public meetings Evaluate staff performance and establish QA/QC procedures to ensure technical excellence What You Bring
Ohio Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred) BS in Civil Engineering (preferred) 4+ years’ relevant experience Exceptional business and client service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Collaborative, self‑starting attitude Experience in planning, funding, design, and construction management for municipal infrastructure Salary Range
The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status. Benefits
